Net Listing
With typical commission arrangements, you don’t know how much commission you’ll receive until the RV is sold. Western Motor Coach, however, uses a net listing approach in selling your coach. Based upon the appraisal amount(see below), we agree on a specific dollar amount that you’ll receive when the coach sells and the title is produced. If you have a lender to pay off, we’ll take care of that for you too!
Free Appraisals
The right pricing for your RV is critical to get the most for your coach. We’ll take time with you and your RV to be sure that your vehicle is priced to your best advantage.
We use prices of previously sold units, book values, and experienced appraisers to make sure your coach is priced properly. With their experience and proper market research, we can position your unit to sell quickly and at a fair price for you.
Marketing
We advertise your RV in newspapers and magazines, and on the radio, TV and the Internet. Your RV will be exposed to thousands of people each day.
Fly-and-Drive
We’ll even put your coach in our fly-and-drive program at no additional cost to you - making your RV available and more attractive to buyers nationwide, and even worldwide!
Financing
As you may know, cash buyers are hard to find. Over 90% of all RV purchases are financed. Our full-time Finance Department has many good lender relationships and financing options for the buyer. We can even get financing terms of up to 300 months (oac) - making payments affordable for most anyone.
We Take Trades
Almost everyone has something to trade in on their new purchase. Don’t worry! We’ll take just about anything in trade from a buying customer. That’s what we do.
We can Fix It
We can also make minor repairs upon your approval or negotiate those repairs with the buyer on your behalf. Don’t worry! We can fix anything!
Detailing and Merchandising Services
A clean, bright vehicle will sell more quickly and command a better price. Often, we’ll accessorize RVs with merchandising materials and position them so that they show well to prospective owners. Ask us how spending just a little on aesthetics can put additional money in your pocket.
Standing behind the Sale
Our award-winning service department can help alleviate any buyer apprehension about the vehicle’s condition. We do a complete Major Component Check for the new buyer and a full walk-through of the coach on the day of delivery, explaining how to operate everything. They even get a Starter Kit containing, hoses, adapters and chemicals so they can go camping right away.
Warrantees - the Buyer’s Peace of Mind
Bumper-to-Bumper and Major Mechanical Service Plans are available to the buyer on their RV for periods of up to seven years. This peace of mind comes at no extra cost to you.
What you need to do
All you need to do is remove your personal belongings, give us your payoff information or copy of the title, insure the coach while it’s here and fill up the fuel tank before you drop it off, so that we can test drive and otherwise operate the coach as needed.
